CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Lar Harmônico always strives for customer satisfaction. You may request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after collection.

The following conditions must be observed:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of use or consumption.
- The product must be returned with labels, manuals and all accompanying accessories.

According to the Consumer Protection Code, the retailer is not obliged to make exchanges due to dissatisfaction with colour, size, model or other similar reasons.

IMPORTANT: We do not accept complaints if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to sac@larharmonico.com.br with the following information:
- Product name;
- Order number;
- Email address used for the purchase;
- Reason for exchange or return;
- Video proving the defect (if applicable).

After confirming the details, we will provide the address for returning the product and proceed with refunding the amount paid for the product and shipping.
